This clinic used to be better, but now there are new receptionist who still (seems like they have been there for some time now) don't seem to know what they are doing. This makes even getting flea meds a very frustarting and time consuming event. The doctor is wonderful and the old recpetion staff is great. I just wish they would get rid of the new staff and hire someone who knows what they are doing! -Lindsay a.
