Dr. Davis testified FOR an animal abuser in a court case! He "could not recall" any relevant facts about whether or not her dogs received standard of care vet care. His testimony allowed a sick person to get back 25 dogs who have to live in feces & urine soaked slime quarters - even though there were multiple witnessess and pictures of the slime coated, matted, rotten teethed poor creatures. Shame on Dr. Davis!
