I have an ancient dog that Dr. Parrot has helped a great deal. She helped with senior wellness much more than the previous vet had.

Dr. Ryland and the other vets are great and provide good care but many of the front office staff answering the phones are generally rude, uncaring and not at all helpful. Unfortunately, you have to deal with those people before you get to see any of the vets. I changed because of this rudeness and the huge price increases when they opened the grooming building. You pay for that building in increased vet's fees even if you don't have your pets groomed or boarded there.
